What about my headers and tyranny lines,also can I place a board on the oil pan and jack her up

why not? the trans lines will flex 4".... disconnect the collectors if you think something will hit on the exhaust.

I'd keep off the pan bottoms if possible. Consider the pan rail instead.
IMO, best to lift with a hoist if available.
