Ahhh, phasing. Should've remembered that from high school shop class.
May explain the vibration I get at around the century mark in the Super Bee. Could also be a non-performance alignment.

I studied all this when I had a 340 auto Challenger that gave me fits. Shaft, tires or transmission?
It had a "drone" at high speeds. Seems like it was at anything over 65.
I read what Larry Shepherd wrote in the chassis manual and recall that Chrysler tried double u-joints in some C bodies.
Never did figure out what was causing it with the Challenger and I sold it anyway.
