factory bucket seats

69 b body if the car came from factory with buckets did they all have consoles? i have lynch rd fender tag,shows medium grade buckets on it. this is a 4 speed car.

Agree, my '68 car is a bucket car with no console and originally a column shift. Nothing but carpeting between the seats
 
I agree, no.
My first one was ordered (by me) with buckets, but no console.
Current car has both. Having had both, I like the console better.
 
bucket seats and console were both options.
the easy way to tell is look at the bare floor and see
if there is any evidence that there were any console brackets there.
they were welded on..
 
IIRC you could also get buckets with buddy seat/arm rest, and column shift or four speed.
 
According to the 68 Charger Brochure: Bucket seats only was standard. You could order the center console or fixed center cushion and folding armrest.
