Just wondering the easiest way 2 remove my gauges in my 69rr, I see a few screws around the outside of the gauges bt wasn't sure if those were the ones 2 remove them

Regarding B bodies, I only have experience with my 70 Charger with the Rally guages. I'd guess that the principles are the same even with the standard cluster if you have that one.
The steering column has to be lowered a couple of inches. First up, remove the plastic cover at the underside of the column. It should be held in place with 4 small screws. Then the retainer plate at the firewall has 3 or 4 bolts that need to be loosened 2-3 turns. There are 2 or 3 nuts that hold the column to the underside of the dash. Remove those to allow the column to move down and away from the dash.
The cluster itself has several black screws to remove. After that, you'd think the cluster would just simply pull out. It might, but most likely the speedo cable and guage wiring are holding it in there. If you have small hands, you might be able to sneak in there to pop the speedo cable retainer loose. Otherwise, you'll need to reach it from under the dash. The wiring to the headlight switch needs to come off. The round plug that attaches to the printed circuit board on the back of the cluster may be difficult to remove if it has been there since 1969. Pry carefully with a flat blade screwdriver.
You are done.
