To tell you the truth, I almost didn’t make it! I had gone to the Peking Chinese buffet here in Batavia on Saturday I believe and around 4:55 PM. A car came through the front of the restaurant. There was an older gentleman that had gotten confused and, instead of putting his car in reverse, he put it in drive and floored it and came up over the curb. I wasn’t sitting far from the window. I didn’t get showered with large pieces of plate glass, but it was everywhere. Nobody was injured. If you look at the first photo, I was sitting at the table in the lower left-hand corner. My Durango was just parked to the right where he came through the window, approximately 8 feet away.
