Help with ingnition

Hi!
I just bought a 1975 Charger SE but the key was lost and they had cut som wires hanging out of the steering column. As you see in the picture. The colors are Red, yellow, brown, black and blue. Does anyone have a tip on how to hotwire this car this is how it was when I bought I do not want to try anything until I know it is right.

The Wires you see:
Red = Battery
Yel = Starter relay
Brn = Coil and field and load relay
Blk = Fuse panel power
Blu = Electronic Ignition and Ballast resistor

Be careful with this...

In other words I can connect the brown, black and blue cables together. Then connect the red wire to them to set ignition on, then touch them with the yellow wire and the starter should kick in?

Another option is to make your own switch panel with toggle switches and a push button for starter engagement.

Ok I tried this but this is what happens, when I connect the red wire you hear a little "click" I guess that is a relay kickin in, then when I connect the yellow wire the fasten seatbelt sign/light turns on and you hear a somewhat like a buzzing sound but that is it. Any suggestions?

I thought the Starter Interlock system was a one year only mistake ('74) but looking at the diagram Don posted I see your '75 has it also. Print out both pages and tape them together into on full schematic diagram. Makes following things much easier. If the interlock is still functional you can press the momentary bypass button then try your "hot wire" again.

I would expect it is mounted on the passenger side of the engine firewall just like he '74 is. Should be just about the heater and a/c hoses.

If you have a FSM the information is in there. I'd suggest you get your hands on one John. Even one of the downloadable versions is better than none at all...

I believe you press and release the red button then turn the ignition. It you case "Hot Wire".. My '74 SE interlock system has been defeated... Watch the video in that second link.

It came that way when I bought the car. I looked at the mod but can't really remember what was done.

I looked through all my files and can't find a thing on the bypass so did a little searching online. Found this. It's more than you might want to do but the simple mod is there. It's just like you were thinking...

Thank you so much for all your help, she finally starts and runs but she is not running smooth on idle yet. she stops.
But I guess That may be som adjustments og vacuume issues
