I am missing 1 hood bow, think it is one of the short ones. Each has a different colored end. Can anyone tell me what the order of colors is. Will try and make a replacement or last resort buy a full set.
Thanks Tony
Fantastic Photon440, this the info I wanted. Looks like I need to make a Brown one. This info will also be of great use to another Kiwi building a 70 RR and missing 1 bow.
Cheers, Tony
This would great info if anyone could add the other model/years. Many of these cars come with the headliners and bows ripped out and laying in the trunk.

The bows won't work from a sedan to a hdtp. 5 are needed on the hdtp and also they have more bow in them

Hi Tony, looks like I have lost another bow somewhere in the moving of parts from old workshop and in the move over the weekend... bugger. I think the missing ones are brown and blue. I will have a measure and confirm. If you need a brown also there isn't much point in sharing a set. I might try rolling some out of some stainless tube/rod and see how they perform.
Let me know how you get on with your one
Thanks
Paul
Hay Paul,
I am having trouble finding bits I took off the car and put in the shed let alone moving locations. I have made a bow out of 7mm alloy rod, seams ok. May look at installing headliner later in week.
