Yea with as much as I have bought and sent customers to them from my restoration business there is no excuse for that. I'm happy to spend my money and my customers money elsewhere from now on. This is classic think before you speak.I had a similar situation a few years ago where the interaction left me a bit irritated. But it was my fault.
They do have good pricing and I've always got what I ordered pretty quickly.
Pretty sure the sending unit in my charger was from vans, it works fine.
