I would be surprised if they make them, I had the same problem with my '69 300. I made mine from a rubber mat material that I bought from McMaster Carr (I cannot remember the number, but it was exactly the same stuff) and using the old ones as a template, cut them out. I punched one hole in them and then punched the rest of the holes as I went across the inner fender. I hope this helps.
I do have the originals,But they are discolored,hard and just crappy looking. I could make some rubber ones,,(Lazy). The OE's are sort of metallic/cloth/rubber with a silver-ish finish. Just fishin', maybe someone has a 1979 parts book number ? Then I can shop the NOS guys that like when you call with a part number.
