I just wanted to relay a story to everyone about Mancini Racing and thank Rob "C" for his assistance:

In Dec 2011 I decided it was time to replace the original (I suspect so anyway) rocker arms on the 360 in my Cordoba. Roller rockers, good ones anyway, were not in the budget so I ordered a set of Mancini's stamped steel replacements. In Dec 2012 one of them broke at the pushrod cup:

I purchased a replacement from Sealed Power and pressed on. About a month later a second rocker broke (both were the right offset) in the same way, so I purchased another replacement and contacted Mancini speaking to Rob C. At this point I just wanted to make him aware that I was having this problem and that they may be others out there with a similar issue. Rob immediately offered to send me a replacement set, which at this point I declined, but then he informed me that they would check into the issue and test any they had in stock.

As luck would have it a third rocker broke (left offset this time, still through the pushrod cup) in Feb so I reached out to Rob C again, this time I took him up on the offer. He never did tell me what issues they may have found with any they had on the shelf but I did have to wait a few weeks for a new set while they had them made. The new rockers came in the other day and I'll be installing them today. I did come up with a spare that allowed me to keep driving the car so I wasn't overly concerned about the wait.

The point I'm trying to make here is that Rob C was extremely helpful, professional, and patient, through out this process and, neither he or anyone else at Mancini attempted to make it look like these failures were my fault by questioning my installation/maintenance.

I value customer service above price (I'm not implying that their prices are high, they are competitive with everyone else) so Mancini has just earned a customer for life!

Rob C, Thanks again for your assistance and I look forward to working with you and Mancini Racing more in the future,

Jim R

Cool beans. Yeah I buy most of my engine stuff from Mancini's. There tech line was my main source of help with my 440 build in my coronet. Very curtious and patient with my dumb butt.

Mancini Racing is a great MoPar Performance vender's & are all great people.... been dealing with them since 1978 or so {Direct Connection suppliers back then}.... they've been in business since 1972 I think it was...... Mancinis has a good reputation in the business. Plus they seem to know how to get damn near anything, even if they don't have it themselves.
