So I'm wanting to put all LEDs in my car (69 GTX) but I can't find a replacement for the bullet fender indicators. I'm wondering what to do for the flasher? Will the LED style work or should I use a factory style one? Thanks for any help.

i use Brite-Lite brand 1157 replacement L.E.D.s in red and amber with the stock flasher on my '69 Bee. They work great and are super bright. I don't however have fender mounted turn signals. I use the amber and red because the super bright white l.e.d. bleeds through and makes them look white instead of amber and red

They make electronic flashers that have the correct flash rate down to low draw of LEDs or any mix you use

I was going to use Super Brite LEDs so I guess I'll just give them a call. I know about using the color light to match the lenses. Just not sure about mixing 2 small incandescent with the bulk of LEDs.
