Mopars on the Mississippi pictures

I took some reference pictures of it. I was a little surprised by the RR horn it had

nice pics great looking cars need to put that stop on my bucket list

Looks like a good turn out.

I thought the turn out was a little light due to rain in the forecast. But still, I would estimate over 200 cars.

Looks like a little better turnout than last year (rain forecast too). I see some that weren't there last year. Thanks for sharing all the pictures guys!

Maybe next year...

Very nice, whish I could have met you.

Wifey and I drove the 325 miles Saturday to attend the show Sunday. I had called one of the vendors, " Mega Parts" to see if they could bring along a pair of 68-70 Plymouth tailpipe tips, which they did. Surprised to find that the show was actually some distance from the river. Drove out to the show grounds Saturday evening as there was a cruise in there. Somewhat disappointed as to the location of the show not being on the river, and not many at the cruise in. HOWEVER, day of show , I was impressed by how much was at the swap meet, and how many very nice Mopars that was there. Had a nice chat with the owner and his wife , of the 68, B5 blue ,stroked 440, 4 speed that is shown in the pics. ( post #10 first pic.) We shared 1968 Road Runner info ,as I ordered a new 1968 RR when they came out with the two door hardtop mid year. I wasn't able to look at all the cars there, mostly the 1970 and earlier cars. The knees just couldn't take the walking. Had a nice chat with the couple that had the green and white top 55 Chrysler 2 dr hdtp. as I had a 1956 similar to it. Sorry I don't have pics-I ran over my phone-camera! .........................MO

Thanks for posting guys. I spent much of my time documenting the F6 A12 Super Bee. Great story behind it. The car has been in the family since being purchased.

Toolman, good to see you and Big Joe and share our memories from Carlisle. Still makes me laugh out loud.
