Finally tracked down some seat info from the guy I bought my car from. The seats are buckets out of a 1971 Demon (A body). These seats mount to the floor not through it. As a result they don't have the risers I see on 1969 Plymouth seat tracks so they sit way too low in the car and will not allow for installation of the console.

Here are my questions:
What years and makes of seat tracks will fit my car?
If I buy a set of 1969 B body seat tracks will they bolt on to the A body seat frames, or could I drill holes in the seat tracks that would line up?
or
Would I be able to find seat risers that would bolt onto the floor holes and that I could bolt to the seat tracks on the A body buckets?

Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

If they were 66-69 A body seats, then I would tell you yes the B body brackets would bolt to the seat frames and work just fine. However....I've not dealt with the 70 and up seats.

My gut feel is that you are in need of the one year only 70 B body bucket seat brackets. Others here will be able to tell you better.

Make your own risers out of square/rectangular tube or channel?

A-body seats run tracks that should unbolt and you can bolt B-body tracks on. The A-body tracks are highly different though as the floor in an A-body is slanted and uneven. You should be able to get the correct tracks and mount them though.
