Pretty sure I need one of these buttons, my car has never had it so I'm not sure.

Just the button. I have the bell part on top.

Anybody have one laying around? They're hard as hell to find. Classic Industries has the whole shifter for $200 but that's too much. Especially since I'll need to get the center console fixed up too. Any ideas?

I'm all over ebay. Havent seen anything that promising.

Found this on ebay. $55 just seems like a lot. It doesnt have to be perfect or OEM. I realize nobody probably makes these. Anybody else have this issue? What did you do?

There are three pieces. The chrome knob, the top push button and the internal spring. I have a decent original chrome knob with set screw and may have the spring but i don't have the push button right now which comes in metal and plastic PM me if your interested

There was a member listing now, that has some misc. parts left over from when he restored Mopars. Several late 60's items he listed and he had two of the button assemblys you need . One may have been the whole shift lever. If I can find it I will post it................................MO

I've been trying to get in touch with him for a while. I told him yesterday I'd take the button and spring set he has. Hope he comes through.

All I really need is the button. It broke because I didnt know you had to unscrew it before dropping the transmission.

D'oh!

I appreciate you looking though!
