Lugnutking on Ebay has some that are close; no center "nipple" like OEM but otherwise very close.
Also sells them in RH/LH sets, just bought some for my '69.

As for as a reproduction piece, Herb's / AMS Obsolete carries the right and left hand style with the dimple and "L" stamped into them. They are sourcing them from PG Classics. So your choice for them, but the same piece.
