Offset grinding a crankshaft?

Anybody know of a reputable shop that can / is capable?

Any shop that regularly grinds cranks should be able to do the job.

It's about 14 years ago.Mopar Engines West near San Jose did mine,actually they did the complete engine.A girl and her dad Dave own the machine shop. She is a wiz and does all the head work.
