A good friend has a barton/cast crossram on his hemi. when he went to change the carbs, he looked in the manifold, and the thing is full of oil. He just had the manifold off to fix a broken-off bolt. [bought it that way] I don't know what to tell him, and am looking to get some ideas for him. He's pretty bummed, as I would be.

Cant that be something as simple as a bad PCV valve?

Lots of breathers...no PVC. He thinks it's gaskets.

Mike,my guess is,like me he does not use a vacume pump A while back I found oil in my intake and it climbed up the intake bolt and pooled in the intake.Liquid teflon to the rescue!
