. I'm sure this has been asked and answered many times before. I bought a new one piece windage tray with reusable gasket. The old tray with 2 gaskets leaked after 4 years. After making sure the rails were straight on the pan, I installed the new one. I fired it up, let it run for 15 minutes, no leaks. I drove it 2 miles did what I had to do, checked under the car, no leaks. Drove home, parked it in the drive which has a slight incline. Putting things away in the garage, look at the car and there's a small puddle of oil at the back of the pan. I pulled the inspection cover, no oil in the bell housing. No valve cover, oil pressure fitting or any other leaks. Should I just drop the pan and silicone the son of a bitch on both sides. I was hoping this would eliminate that. My thinking is maybe the oil puddles in the tray and can't drain back in the pan. I know this is long winded but maybe someone else has dealt with this and can give me some insight. Thanks in advance!
