Yeah it'll fit the motor. The question is does it fit the car.
 
Yes to this above. FWIW my first engine was a junkyard 340...it had kicked a rod and made a small dent in the oil pan. I took some JB Weld and covered it from the inside. It never leaked. Might try that but yes the pan will fit the motor..just need to make sure the sump is in the right place.

Yeah, this will work for sure. Honestly, if you could drain the oil & get that pan super-duper clean (whole can of carb cleaner) & sand off a little paint, the epoxy would stick (& hold for many, many years).

I currently have an automatic transmission pan where stupid me drilled a hole in the wrong location for a B&M drain plug. A quarter with some JB-weld has plugged that hole, without a single drip, for over 4 yrs. now.
