You'll need to look at it first hand, and up close. Those images stink. A screen shot of a thumbnail image is a poor image, IMO.
A common issue on these 50+ year old cars that can be costly to repair is the interior floor pan, and the trunk bottom. Surface rust is fine, but indicates it's been outdoors and seen some rain, which is sad. If it's rusted through, that's a bigger deal to replace, and requires more tear down, time, and $$$.
That trunk looks really good in the image, but that's too far away and too low a resolution to see if the black primer is hiding a rust problem. You'll want to look for pits in the sheet metal, indicating there is rusty metal underneath. As others have noted, the fact they even bothered to primer the trunk is a yellow flag.
I see evidence of a rusty floor pan under the driver's seat, where they stopped spraying (no doubt, from a rattle can) in the drivers-side interior image. Again, if the floor pan is NOT rusted through, and still has much of it's integrity, then it won't be the costly repair.
It's worth a first-hand look just to learn about this car. Even if you don't buy this one, you'll learn much you can apply to the next car you look at.
