Got my 69 GTX out of the shop today after having a paint correction and ceramic coat done. Everyone recommended this, particularly for a black car. It was definitely money well spent.

Here’s a short video getting it out. Still got to work out a couple bugs but it’s finally streetable.

Is “paint correction” a new sales term for buffing and cutting and wetsanding. Or are they doing something else

Ive used some Ceramic coating. Seems to last maybe 25% longer on an outdoor stored car.

Yes " paint correction " is basically just a cut and polish. But sounds fancy when you call it that ! Ceramic coatings are no joke when done right and with the right product!

So, what is the "Right" product? The car looks very nice! You've done a nice job on it.
I love Black as long as it belongs to someone else!
