Pro touring tire size

That sounds like a good option on dehumping, a porta power and a 2X4 can do some amazing work.

I'll need time find pics on here as an example of the De-hump process and results because right now the only thing getting De-humped is me by my gf if she finds out I bought these rims.

Thanks for the info Budnicks!!

She probably wont notice......

I just keep telling my wife this car is for her, she rolls her eyes and tells me to F off.

Hahahaa OHHH She's notice. Saw the box with the hood hiding in the back of my garage yesterday and I heard about that!!

She'll lay off a bit when she goes for a ride..... or maybe not? You'll probably scare the hell out of her!

Check out pages 10-12 of Daytona Kids 500$ 68 Charger thread in members restorations

If you want to lower the car a little make sure to dehump the outer wheelwells.

I discovered those stupid humps when I lowered my car with the new wheels. I'd love to crotch punt the assclown that designed the outer wheelhouses. Who the hell thought that made any sense? A smooth spherical shape makes far more sense and offers more clearance. The 67-76 Dart sedan/coupe has a better design. I may have to cut the humps in my Charger and reshape them eventually. They don't hit in normal driving, just when I have stuff in the trunk/people in the car and hit a dip or bump. Driving alone, they rarely ever rub.

Did you get the wheel situation all sorted?

Sure did, got all my clearance measurements with some help from 747Mopar with the stuff I didn't understand.

A few things changed. since some are 5 and some are 5.5 backspace on 10's I split the difference and went 5.25"

and I actually changed the color from gunmetal to brush smoke clear after seeing more pictures with that finish. With flat powder coated centre caps to match.

They said it's a month build time

Sounds like a nice color comb too, should look Bitchin'

It will be a while before pics. A month build time and then whenever I get my *** in gear to go get them after they ship.

So I'm also waiting to see how these wheels look...come on now stop keeping up waiting...lol...I'm currently running 18x9.5 285/35 on all 4 corners....but I do have my eyes on a set of really nice looking concave wheels...just need to get the rear sorted to make sure I can fit a 18x12...rear 18x10 front...

These cars look great with the wheelwells stuffed full.

Any update photos Goon ???

There's the new wheels Budnicks unfortunately no rubber yet and the whole project is on hold for a while so I can replenish funds. Have gone way further than planned this year so going to take some time and money to get through it
