putting my instumenet panel back in the 69 rr and have extra yellow wire? help

In the front left side of dash area, when I plug everything in, I still have one extra yellow wire ? anybody know what this should be hooked to?

Either that or it could be the yellow wire that runs to the "Lights on Buzzer", or console (if you have one).

Panel lights switch or aka dome light does it have a trace color on it or solid yellow?

Thanks for your feedback guys, yes it has a female spade end like it plugs into instrument panel it has two yellow wires with black trace lines on both. No console..

Yep look at diagram two yellows go to dimmer.
