Quick question about door cards

Hi All,

Just makinf a set of door cards for my 68 Coronet and I wanted to check before I covered them;

Are there any clips that need to be attached to the door cards before coving them?

I've copied a old bashed up one I have including the holes. The reason I ask is I had no clips with mine (screwed on) and there are at least three rectangle holes that look like they would take clips.

On the same vein, what clips etc will I need to fit the front and read door cards?

I just had my door cards off on my 67 coronet. There are clips! They look like 2 prong wire, that twist, giving a 'spring' effect. I guess that spring holds them in the holes in the door.

Thanks TekHousE, do the clips go through the door card? so have part glued between the door card and the vinyl covering?

Thanks for the help guys, I went back and looked over my door card template and it think I can work the clips in afterwards. Thanks for the offer, but don't rip your car apart for me!
