Relics of the past

Hi all, my step-father is developing some land locally and discovered these on the property. I'm not sure what they are. My step-father thinks one may be a Dodge or Desoto. They are pretty far gone. They've been sitting in a swamp basically for a long time. They're also the victims of gunshot wounds, as well. There's another 50's era car on the property somewhere in the same condition. I didn't have time to find it though. My step-father is going to pull them all out sometime this spring/summer. I told him to let me know so I can grab anything worthwhile off them - if there is anything.

I went to Nebraska a few years back and they lined a power generation canal with cars from a junkyard to help cut down on bank erosion.
Some were pretty cool looking.

It's funny you should say that. My wife is great at reading my thoughts. She basically said "I know what you're thinking, they're not coming home with us" when I got back to the car after taking the pics.

Sounds just like my EX... 26 years later I still miss her....... No, not really.....

The ones in Nebraska are great cover for big Flathead and Blue catfish. Where I am from it would be a great place for noodling.
