repair bulkhead wire connection in connector

I shorted a line and burnt a line from the battery accessory junction at the bulkhead connector. bottom right that has a tag saying fused wire. How does one go about removing the wire from the connector and putting a new one in its place. The bulkhead connector has three rows of connections with four wires going into the block and then connecting into the bulkhead just to the left (as you look at it) of the brake master cylinder. I cannot figure out how to "pull" the burnt wire out of there.

This should help. Be sure to replace that "wire" with a fusible link, and put the tab back on it.
