Saginaw Power Steering Pump Seal Kit question

71 GTX 440+6 with Saginaw pump with cooler attached. Mine seeps very slowly I think from the case. Otherwise works fine. I hate leaks.....Can anyone recommend a basic seal repair kit? Rockauto one ok? I'm guessing it doesn't matter that it has a cooler attached to it?

I did mine a few years back and I believe the kits are all the same no matter where you buy them (rockauto would be fine, I think I got mine at napa). The kits are for the inside of the pump so I don't think it matters that you have a cooler.

If your pump housing is distorted (out of round) you'll never get it to seal properly. Get a new can if the kit doesn't fix it.

Thanks folks. Housing looks fine. I've been replacing seals everywhere because car has sat around alot in the past. My hope it's just the big main seal. We'll find out. thanks again.
