Stop on in for a cup of coffee!

My younger brother called me to wish a Happy New Year. He asked me if you suppose to change the clocks. I replied "you can if you want to."

Heckuva holiday week- washer took a crap, so had to get dryer too(have to match ya know?) & now garage opener is making funny noises. Just from cold weather?, not with my luck! Opener was new in 1999,wash/dryer same year.

That is damn near a 20year run, pretty good in this day and age for appliances.

These days when everything is made to fail, thats pretty good.

Seems to me we are having below normal temperatures for above normal days in a row. The last few years, we have had fairly good weather for the last part of Winter. You think that may happen again this year? Heartland USA.........................MO

We use to have some nasty blizzards in early March. Probably due for a return.

I do love winter, but why does my wife think it's legal to park her salty suv next to my Coronet? It ain't right, I tells ya!:realcrazy:

I just came in from the cold after changing oil in my wife's Civic SI. I fixed myself a cup of decaf and found this thread. Decaf you might ask.. A few weeks back I was having some heart palpitations and heart burn. I went in to get checked out and told the doc how much coffee I was drinking which was approximately 6-8 cup every day. He suggested decaf and cut my intake in half. I feel great!!!

By the way, if you've never tried it, Black Rifle Coffee Co. is about the best coffee I've ever poured down my hole... even the decaf is outstanding. I met them at the NRA show a couple years back. They're a group of Afghan./Iraq war vets who started the company, and they sure know what they're doing.
Anyway... I'll be hauling the 340 to the machine shop next week to start the rebuild process. Exciting times!

top shelf coffee ..... love it

When working, I probably went thru 20+ cups a day. Now it's 2-3 cups a day, even though the k-cups are kinda expensive I'm gonna try some. Thanks guys. Jeff

But it's a 32oz cup.

Married life update: Was planning to get over to my engine rebuild guy today. But noooooo... looks like we're going shopping for a new kitchen table. I'm sure that will be waaay more fun. She's a good woman, but I'm getting her a set of wrenches for her birthday!
