I followed Mitch and his Golden Chicken to it's maiden outing deep in Bowtie land. Met up with other FBBO members in what could be the largest documented gathering of FBBO members on the east coast. Bill (Dako) w/ his 66 Belv, Klaus(1948 Santa) w/ his 63 Sport Fury, Mitch(68 Chicken) w/ his 68 Road Runner, and myself(Ken) w/ the 67 Belv all ventured into the land of Chebbie for the Coming out Show.Well over 600 cars and enough GM to gag most Mopar Heads. We all took pics at the event and I'm sure others will add to this or post up their own. My apology to Klaus, I didn't get any pics of your car, but did grab a couple of you eyeballing VINs! Enough talk,. here are some pics, Mopar Only!

:notworthy: Ken, You are the camera man!

I plead guilty...I did not break my camera out when looking at the other rides. :sFun_doh2:

Your color combo is spot-on. Great catching up again and thanks for giving me a few things to ponder on gear choices.

Mitch,
The `Chicken' is Bitchin'! The detail in your car is amazing. Hope to see it again.

Klaus,
Great meeting you in person. Heard several suprised spectators making note of your push-button transmission on a very clean `63. Will get the distributor to you soon, and thanks for educating me on the pumpkins...and the PM on the contact!

Maybe I'll see you all again at one (some?) of the upcoming shows from the fliers dropped on the seats. I quit counting after 20... Ha-ha!

Was a great day. :headbang:

Sounds like everybody had a blast for the day going to and at the show. Thanks for the photos.

Awesome, nice trip out and about for sure! Thanks for the photos.

:eek:s_dancing2:hell yea! did ya see the grin on mitch's face? that is what we are all trying to achieve.

Nice Ken, though I think your camera had 1 too many Miller Lites by that last shot.

No Pete, no Miller Blites, Too far from home for that. Hard to get the autofocus to work while driving. Basically take a bunch of pics and delete 2/3 of them. I couldn't find that pic to delete it after it was in the mix. here is a better on the road shot......

I liked the "shaker" shot actually ... looked like movement and was a nice ending to the the post I thought. Of course the extra photo's you posted are great too.

Special thanks to Ken ( 68sportsatelliteragtop ) for the kind escort to and from the show. He met me at my home. The car had only been 2 miles away from home to the alignment shop so far. It was a great comfort to know i had some help in case of any small problem on a first trip 30 miles from home. It was great to meet with everyone else from FBBO, Bill and Kiaus . I think I did get a pic of Klauses car .I will post it up when I download them later today. Had a great time there with great weather to boot. Gettin ready for the next show!!
