This Almost Makes Me Want To Be A Charger Guy

Looks like a really nice project. I'm wondering how he managed to powder coat the frame, unless he means the K frame..

If that were a Road Runner it would be in my garage!

It it was a Road Runner, it wouldn't BE a Road Runner... It'd be a Satellite Sebring Plus. lol

That's the only benefit to buying and selling Dodges over Plymouths... People look down on a Satellite because "It's just a Satellite and not a Road Runner" but with Chargers, they are ALL Chargers. That being said, I'd still take a base 71-72 Satellite over a decked out 71-74 Charger.

WOW,,,
A neat car
Great options/color combo

Pretty much self explanatory when you read the rest of what I wrote.

WP = Charger SE (what this car is)
RP = Satellite Sebring Plus (what this car would be if it was a Plymouth) (Which is what I meant by my reply to the OP: if it was a Road Runner it wouldn't be a Road Runner, it would be a Satellite Sebring Plus)

Get it?

For over 40 years, they've always been Road Runners. :) I've never been one of those guys who breaks out Satellites from Road Runners. God didn't make them different, just a check on an order sheet did, so as far as I'm concerned they're all the same. :)

Found this car on Craigslist just a few miles from me. 1974 Charger SE, looks to be pretty much all there and in good shape, and a sunroof car, for $2,500. If that were a Road Runner it would be in my garage!
