Torqueflite Question

Is it possible to put a 1973 valvebody in a 1966 torqueflite ? Anything different in the case plumbing ?

acording to mopar perf book,aftremarket is the same from 66 to 83 on 727 valve body.there may be some minor differences on the inside,as far as stock units,but it will bolt up and work.

I put a 1977 T/F 727 modified valve body into a 1969 T/F 727 transmission, and that thing shifts great and runs strong! I think they are all interchangeable except of course the push button ones linkage is different. That's 64 and earlier I believe.
