Truck doorhandles fit b-body?

I remember reading a long time ago that 1980's ram door handles (1/3 the price) will fit older mopars? Anyone try it, they sure look alike. Thanks

They fit,just change the mechanism on the back.

I think the angle on the back of the casting is different.

A friend tried this and ended up with the handles pointing down.

It looked kinda funny.

And if its a 68, you need a black button.
