The seat belts are deffinatly Mopar, but I don't think the seats are. Looks like GM tracks maybe?

I think that "P1976" is a date.

F body or maybe Late B or J?

The seat belts with the P1975 are not necessarily from the same year car as the seats but good observation YY1 and imagine it is a date. They may be from the same car though.

They came as extra seats with a 74 charger I just bought. He thought maybe a van or truck?

I have a set of 76 F body buckets in my road runner and they look like the 71-74 B body seats.
