What is the correct name for these clamps?

Ordered one of the smaller diameter kits through Amazon. I'll probably pick up a few of the solid versions in different sizes from Mega Parts next time I am there. His are solid like the originals whereas the ones from Amazon are a different design. Probably doesnt make a bit of difference as to how they hold.

If you are located near a Granger, McMaster Carr or Fastenall, you can buy the clips in smaller packs of 50 for example, relatively cheap. That is how i buy them for resell as I sell them individually at $0.75 each.

We do have a Fastenal not far away, but they quit selling to the public last year. The ones you buy, are they solid rings or does the band have a slit in them like the above pic from Amazon?

The big name industrial supply stores stock the Oetiker brand and are basically like the OEM clamps. I am not sure of what they mean by "stepless" on the Amazon site, from the picture, it looks to have a internal ring to help disperse the load. But the basic ranges that we cover are 1/4, 5/16 and 3/8 inch. You do see some 1 inch application on the ECS cars where the lines were bundled together. I would think a well stocked auto, tractor or industrial supply house would be able to cover your needs without having to spend a fortune and having to pay shipping.

Looking for some to use on 3/8 fuel line which is a good 5/8 od. I have checked with all the parts houses around here and nobody sells them.

IT COULD BE A CLAMP FOR PEX PIPE, TAKE YOUR SAMPLE TO A PLUMING SUPPLY NOT HOME DEPOT. JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS OF PEX. LOOK IN AMAZON.COM.

TRY AMAZON LOOK AT PEX PIPE CLAMPS THERE ARE A FEW DIFFERENT TYPES, BUT YOUR DIMENSIONS SEEM TO BE FOR 1/2 INCH PEX PIPE, IF IT WAS AN AIR HOSE CLAMP, IT WOULD PROBABLY HAVE AN EAR ON BOTH SIDES AN BE MADE OF A A THINNER MATERIAL. THIS IS NOT A FACTORY CLAMP, IS IT?

I USE AMAZON BECAUSE IM 60 MILES FROM ANYTHING, I ALSO HAVE PRIME SO NO SHIPPING COSTS, IF YOU FIGURE YOUR FUEL AN YOUR TIME, PLUS A SELECTION THAT TOPS ANY RETAIL STORE ITS NOT BAD. ITS THE ONLY GAME IN THE WOODS FOR ME. hope you find what you are looking for. all the best HOGRANCH

No need to hollar, lol. As I stated earlier, I have bought some already.

AS FAR AS I KNOW ITS A 1/2 INCH STAINLESS PEX PIPE CLAMP, THERE IS A SET OF SPEC PLIERS FOR DOING THE CRIMP, THAT ARE ROUND WERE THEY TOUCH THE SURFACE OF THE CLAMP SO AS NOT TO CUT THRU THE CLAMP LIKE YOU WOULD IF YOU USED DYKES. I GOT THE PLIERS AN A FEW CLAMPS FOR LESS THAN 20 BUCKS I BELIEVE, MADE IN CHINA OUT OF NOROVIRUS AN CHINESEIUM.

THE CLAMPS ARE 12 BUCKS FOR 50, YOU CAN GET THE CLAMPS, AND THE TOOL FOR 24 BUCKS, WITH AN ASSORTMENT OF CLAMPS 3/8 TO 1 INCH.

There seems to be different names according to whoever manufacturers those clips.

YearOne Inc calls them "Keystone clamps", and they work very well. I bought a bunch of them years ago plus the crimping tool.

Typical Year One price gouging. $6 bucks a piece for that clamp? I think NOT! And then they probably want another $20 bucks to ship it.
