We'll be dining out tonight, going to a popular local Teppan-yaki place.
My daughter played Bach's prelude in C at a school performance last night and absolutely nailed it...so it's her choice tonight.

I know many of you love to cook and 'Q so whatchyall having?

She did awesome for a kid that's only been playing a year or so (This isn't her, but the same song)..

Chicken and rice for me tonight. All gone.

Deep dish pizza and breaded, fried mushrooms from the local pizza joint. MMMMMMM

Last night was home made pizza home made dough in a wood oven, four different, the classic margarita and finish with a rose pizza, with bosa nova jazz.

Chuck eye steaks!! aka poor man's rib eye, but better than ribeyes imo.

Italian hoagie from Aiello's in Squirrel Hill - pizza joint that been around since the early 70's.

I just finished dicing peppers and onions and cutting up stew meat for chili. I'm going to put it all in the slow cooker later tonight and cook it overnight so the meat is nice and tender for lunch tomorrow. First time I'm cooking it overnight, so a bit of an experiment. I usually make it in the morning and let it cook all day for dinner.

A few weeks ago I made the dish below. This is the 4th dish of his I've made, now. I enjoy making (and eating!) them, and they're easy even for a hack like me. I find the preparation to be therapeutic. I make a few modifications for my taste, but they've turned out very good, if I might say so. Mrs. 64BEL likes them so far, and our daughter liked this latest one when she was home for a visit last week.

Wife and I had a big lunch today. Having a liquid dinner tonight. Manhattan for me, Cab for her.

A can of cold BBQ beans with Tabasco and two very cold Coors Lights. Just wasn't hungry.

6 nights a week I have dinner from Factor because I got burnt out on cooking and the choices for food here, it’s pretty bleh but one night a week I get something I like. It’s also helped with weight loss and blood work, tonight was a chicken breast with diced potatoes and a side of broccoli along with some lemon butter sauce.

Wasn't very hungry, been drinking Kona long board for several hours. Throwing a Degernio frozen pizza on the grill
