Yes. Whether it will fit what your 400 is in is another matter altogether. You left that part out.

Bless your heart Rusty! That was the next question. Will it fit my pride and joy 73 RR/Sat?

No thats another guy, I commented on his post tho, Im looking to get some headers in the future when I do a head upgrade. but for now I gotta fix this exhaust leak.

This is my cracked manifold, busted off at the front bolt. Was like that when I bought her.

ahh , ok , sorry for the confusion. I would snatch up that manifold in a heartbeat if its cheap enough.
how do you like that carb? I just picked up the same exact carb.

Yep that will fit and looks like it may also be the correct one for your year of car. What are the numbers on it?

Not sure what the numbers are, Not too satisfied with the carb. When I bought this in Nov. it would barely run.....of course he said he rebuilt the carb and when he did he put the wrong metering plate gasket on and it was leaking fuel from the ball check for the pwr valve. Also the Acc pump wasnt even moving when you worked the throttle. So with both of those fixed it runs pretty good. But there is a small dead spot where it studders when transfering from idle to main circuit.

Just got my manifold today and he is going to give me the other one too, so i will have the matching set. Does anyone know how long of a stud I will need to attach it? Does it have to be a special stud?

Got my New manifold installed yesterday, Cost me 33 bucks to have the local auto shop weld in a 12" piece of pipe took 20 minutes. I thought that was a bit too much. I also put on a fan shroud and my heater valve and a new accel super stock coil.IMAG0356.jpg
