Would you do it again .....Marriage

Would not change anything. Been together 59 years 54 married. She knew then that I was a car guy and still helps me find parts at swap meets and goes with me on cruise nights. Working on a 65 Belvedere now, had a new one in 65 that was a big block 4 speed car that I taught her how to drive on that car ( I think that is why she let me buy this one), and proposed in it. Some of the cars I've had and she approved include: 32 Pontiac sedan with 58 Buick Roadmaster engine, two fours and a Cadillac LaSalle transmission, 34 Dodge coupe with rumble seat, 36 Dodge coupe, 41 Plymouth coupe, 53 Mercury, 61 blue Impala convertible with blue top (traded this in for my 65 Belvedere), currently have 70 RSZ28 (1st place Camaro Nationals 2014).

Very impressive list of rides, sir.
Not too shabby on the marriage thing, either. :)

44 years this May! When she puts our kids first, takes care of me first, thinks of me first and I do the same for her, it's perfect.

We're doin just fine thanks... now how long can I leave her up there pumping the brakes...

She claims this pic shows she’s always got my back, how could a guy not be happy to do it again

It should be obvious to anyone looking at this thread,
Put each other first
Put each other on a pillar
be each other's best friend
Like the same things

That is a recipe for a good marriage. And so those are the comments you see where people have been together for decades. If that is the relationship you are in, then why not?
If the things listed above don't hold water in your relationship, why are you still in it much less getting married?
There are 7 billion people on earth, that means there are a few to choose from. Don't settle for someone that isn't your friend first.

As you get older, you and your wife change, if you married young.

Married young, 22, 34 years and woke up one day saying enough is enough. I hated this women now. She hated me too.

Took a few years and found someone who likes my hobbies (Cars) and can put up with my **** no problem. Likes to work on cars with me and loves her Harley. Go figure…

Over 60 now and I know I will be with her as long as I live

I put my wife on a pillar (well, actually a chair) so she could paint the ceiling.

Some have made parole the first time around.

Not me,no time off for good behavior,no chance for parole!
I have kept the same car for 35 years and chose to trade the wife in every 10. Come to think of it, the car has never complained once!

37 years and counting, wouldn't trade her for the world.

Respect/Trust is the key...
in any relationship, without respect/trust their is no love...

kind of goes hand & hand IMO
