Do you have a pic?

I've not owned a Charger, but have had several 66 and 67 Coronets and don't recall them having a valance panel.

No valance. Do you mean the lower surround piece, between the grille and bumper?

The stamped steel piece between the bumper and the radiator support?

yes- it would be the steel piece behind the bumper and between radiator on bottom edge. Assuming there was such a part- it certainly looks as if there was something there!

I believe this is what you are looking for. The stamped steel radiator splash pan. There is a masticated rubber splash shield that attaches to it. Used piece pictured.
Detroit Muscle Technologies has the splash shield with fasteners. Mopar B Body 66-67 Lower Front Splash Pan Splash Shield
The metal piece is not reproduced. You'll have to find a used piece.
