Have I got this setup correct ? Is this bracket/plate in the correct place.

If this is a BB or RB engine no. The stud will bolt to the bell housing with out the bracket.

 

[5.7 hemi]

And it's on the wrong side, lol!!!

Thanks guys, I have a history on putting things on backwards. Took a visit to a guy who has a 70 rr. The bracket is on backwards and it is used when you have a steering column lock . I have not so will flip it over and tighten everything up. Will post a pic of the one I looked at.
