I have a 1973 LA360 the PO installed in my 1966 Charger. While installing my Doug’s Headers I found a brace that goes from the middle of the drivers side engine block to the left hand bottom of the transmission. I had to remove it for the Header to fit. I may be able to grind a relief in it but...
Trying to figure out who makes headers for a B body with a LA engine that doesn’t have the dangled drag Link going through the middle of them. I have a 1973 360 in a 1966 Charger. I put a borgeson steering gear in it and had to beat the stuffing out of the header tubes to clear the pitman arm. I...
Ok I know this subject has been beaten half to death but I have a question. All of the posts I have read say to remove the limiting bump stop and shock absorber prior to Stabbing the torsion bar into the socket but the Shop Manual says to attach the shock first. which way is right?
Good morning all,
I recently bought new Torsion Bar adjuster Bolt and Bracket from Rare Parts. Yesterday as I was putting my Lower Control Arm in I noticed the bolt provided in the new kit is about 3/4" shorter than the one I'm replacing, do you think this is OK?
I don't remember how far the...
Looking for a serviceable hood and trunk emblem for my 1966 Dodge Charger. It doesn’t have to be perfect just better than the cracked up one I currently have.
Thanks

Hi All,
I have a 1966 Charger that came with a Poly 318 and factory A/C. at some point someone put a LA block 360 with a 1973 date code. I'm trying to decide if I should try to piece the A/C unit back together or just buy a aftermarket unit, the old heater box is still there and looks complete...
Ok not to sound like an idiot the center link is installed with the bend angled towards the rear, correct? I’m suffering from CRS and cant remember how it came off doh….
While cleaning and painting my Lca struts I not8ced the ends look deformed. I'd this normal or should I think sbout replacing them. They appear to be after market as they don't have a hole for a cotter key.
Yesterday while while I was torquing down my Borgeson Steering box one of the bolts felt funny (like it was trying to give out) and another broke the hardened washer ( further inspection revealed the washer had a crack before I broke it). I was torquing the bolts using the instructions provided...
I was wondering if anyone has any photos of the back side of their das showing the heater/AC controls and radio support structure. My 66 came without anything and I want to see how to install these items.
Thanks
I'm in the middle of the Borgeson Power Steering conversion. are there any good instructions here on the Modifications required to the Steering shaft. Im just trying to make sure I get it right.
Thanks
On my master cylinder from Dr. Dif. It’s the Saynco master cylinder. I think the back port is for the Front brakes and the front port ids for the back. I’m trying to re-pipe my whole brake system.
I am in the middle of a Borgeson steering install on my 66 Charger. When I pulled the Steeering Column out I discovered the P O or someone has performed some wire splices on the old wiring harness. Im wondering if anyone is making a repop of this harness. I hate having to solder repair splices...
While taking my upper control arm I found the bolts were so tight I had to use a 4 foot cheater to get them off. In the process the adjustment pockets were galled. I think I can clean them up with my Dremel tool and put some paint to preserve it any comments?
Has anyone tried the Prothane Lower control arm bushings. These do not require you to remove the inner and outer sleeves from the old rubber bushing. Apparently all you do is clean up the existing sleeves real good then press the well lubricated urethane bushing into the old sleeve. I have a...
Bought a Disk brake conversion kit from Dr. Diff. the kit is awesome and nicely organized. I have a question about the master cylinder and distribution block.
The outlet hole on the Master cylinder and the distro block inlet for the Front (Disk) brake side is bigger than the one for the back...
Does anyone know what's going on with Hotchkis Sports Suspension? I ordered parts last week and they took my money but when I look at my account it says the order is on hold. I sent a email to find out why with no response.
Today I tried to call and all I got was got the run around with their...
