Connector disassembly help please

Could someone tell me how to get the wires out of the steering column wiring harness bottom connector. I have a 66 Charger . Thanks

Looks like a lock tab on the back of the terminal..

I use one of those heavy gold staples that come on parts boxes. Straighten one out and shove it in there. Study it. You'll see what I mean.
