67 GTX Water Control lever assembly

I have to rebuild or purchase a new water control valve lever (temp control) on a 67 GTX with AC. The vacuum and fan switches are ok but the lever is mucked up where the control cable attaches. Any idea where I can find a replacement lever assembly?
