As I wait on my crankshaft balancing to be finished, I'm beginning to wonder about my harmonic damper mounting.
How does the JESEL belt drive bottom pulley interact with the damper? Anything special to consider about fitment???
I bought a new SFI rated balancer (didn't want to reuse the old SFI rated one)....and hope that I don't need some special unit to work with the JESEL system..

Any insight on this is appreciated...

I've used both Fluid Dampner and ATI with mine. It does have custom pulleys for the vacuum pump and alternator.

Are those balancers dimensionally standard? Like snout length?
No, There are several different ATI balancers. I have a brand new one that is stock dimension. The defernces are in pulley placement and pulley bolt pattern. when I swappen the Fluid damper tp the ATI the pulleys lined up. But the crank trigger wheel had to be spaced out 5/16" to line up with the pick-up.
