Once again, we have stepped up to be one of the event sponsors for the Moparty in Bowling Green, KY. The show this year is scheduled for September 12th through 14th. For those who have never attended, this is a relatively new event that offers a very diverse coverage of show cars, drag racing, autocross, burn out contest, cruise in and much more. Registration for the event will go live on April 15th.
If your car club is interested in parking as a group, FM3 marketing will mark off a designated area for the group as long as there is a minimum of 15 cars registering under the one banner as for example "For B-Bodies Only." You will need to mark in the remarks column under the registration page, the groups name in which you are a part of. Additionally, the National Hemi Owners Association is planning their yearly National Meet at the event this year. So if there is any owners of the factory Hemi cars who like to attend, this would be a great opportunity to show the car off in their designated area. The Survivors Display will also be there as well as started by the late Mel Majors. We are also working on having a display of the AAR and TA E-Bodies.
For those who were in the swap meet last year and who are planning on returning for 2025, you should have received an email from Keri from FM3 Marketing in regards to renewing your spots. If you did not get the email, check your spam folder as we have some people saying that the email got sent to their spam folder. If you were in the swap meet last year as a vendor, you can renew your spots prior to April 15th. If you have forgotten your space numbers or did not get the email to renew your spaces, let me or Geoff McBryde know. Geoff heads up all details of the swap meet. If you should want to add more spots to your existing location or move to a new location, then you will have to wait until the "open registration" comes available on April 15th. At that point, it will be first come, first served on what is available. Anything that is not renewed prior to April 15th will be open for someone to choose.
I have posted a current link to the event. Once the registration goes live, I will post again as a reminder. Please consider supporting the event as it has much to offer. The grounds are nice, there is a large camp ground next to the facility, Bowling Green has a wide range of lodging establishments and eateries. Other than rain in the past, the weather is usually very mild.

We have been attending and supporting the event from the days in which the Moparty actually started in Chattanooga, TN. We will be supporting the event by bringing out a wide assortment of reproduction parts that we offer under the names of Dales Cuda Shop, Gary Goer Interiors, Quirey Quality Design and Restoration Parts and Materials. We will be located under the large tent in the swap meet as you enter into the show field. As we did last year, if you guys would like, we could have a meet and greet at our tent say at 11 on Friday and Saturday, just something informal to put a face to a name. Hope to see you guys there and you can stop by and say hello.
