The 69 and 70 Chargers need some trim or garnish decorations on the taillight panel.
They look so plain with nothing there.
Okay, my car looks terrible in both pictures but it looks worse to me in the first one.

I made my own clips. I used a piece of 1/2 flat stock,and cut them into two inch pieces. I drilled and tapped them in the center of every two inch piece.then I screwed the screws into the pieces,leaving the heads of the screw up enough to get a cut off wheel to cut the head of the screw off. Then I screwed the screw in until it is just below the surface of the hole and welded the stud to the plate and ground off the extra weld. Then paint them so they don't drip rust on your paint,and install them in the slots on the finish panel. Press down on each side of the slot so the stay in place while you bolt the panel to the car.
