WTB 1970 B body convertible dash switch

The convertible top switch and wagon rear window switch is the same, different switch for defrogger. The top/rear window switch is spring loaded, the defogger is three position. You can also tell the difference by wire colors also. All info found in the thread below...

    Insurance companies for 68 Charger?

I have Hagerty with three cars on the policy. My only complaint is I send them a check twice a year, and all they do is is send me a magazine once a month. But that's better than most of the other insurance companies I send checks to.

Getting a little sick is a small price to pay, to spend all that time with them.

What did you do to your Mopar today?

Rebuilding the carbs. Found the front adaptor plate was broken. Probably the cause of the recent back fire when accelerating. Also carbs were full of junk. Probably why they were so hard to adjust. One down one to go. New adaptor plates are scheduled to be delivered today from summit racing.

How Much Does Your B-Body Weigh?

2 years ago when I picked my 70 Coronet vert at the dock. Drove straight to Toledo scale company. Got it weighed to register it. 440, 4 speed. Spare tire in the trunk, and less than 1/4 tank of gas. Weighed 3960lb without me in it.

    New Dash

I got mine from ABC Moparts fit great. I did mine with the dash in the car. Highly recommend removing the seats. Whole dash comes apart. The two corner nuts of the dash pad are the hardest to install.

No dash lights in 4 of my cars!

At one time I had three cars all with no dash lights. My 67 Coronet turned out to be the headlight switch. Makes sense since the headlight and dash dimmer switch is one unit. On my 70 Coronet, changed the dash light dimmer switch. On my 71 Road Runner, I cleaned the bulked connector, changed the...

    Hellcat...WWWWOOOOWWW!!!

Last month at Mecum Las Vegas, I went on the Dodge thrill ride. They were using electric chargers. The acceleration was amazing. The lack of of a screaming Hemi engine made the ride seem kinda bland. Like eating a ribeye, that wasn't seasoned with salt and pepper before cooking.
