All 67 11" drums are heavy duty/police. No difference. If I'm not mistaken the adjusters are marked L&R. The wheel should line up with the backing plate hole for adjustment.
No to both, but my guess is somewhere between 9.5 and 9.8. With all original components to the engine, I think it's as good as it left the factory in 67. I used steel shim head gaskets just as it left the factory with.
