I am in the final stage of restoring my dash. The vehicle in question is a 69 Charger SE. This is a higher end build and I have purchased and installed a new harness. The harness is high quality and fits perfect, exact reproduction of original harness that was removed. The harness is 99% completed except for the location of two wires. I have 4 brown wires (one with a white tracer), all with female connectors that come out of the main harness mid point in the dash. Two of the wires are taped together indicating they go together to a specific switch. I have those wires labeled on my old harness for the washer switch. That leaves me with 2 remaining brown wires (one with a white tracer) that I have no idea where they go and for some reason I did not label them when removing the old harness. If anybody has a wiring diagram that can identify these two wires, I will feel more comfortable installing the dash and sleeping at night. I appreciate any and all help.

There are several brown wires. I can look a bit later on my color diagram for my 69 Super Bee, should be the same but I highly recommend the classic car color wiring diagram. I have the larger size and has made going through my wiring rebuild so much easier. This for your charger:

2 go to wiper motor and 2 go to windshield washer.

Thank you, this is the exact answer I was looking for. The Forum worked out great, asking questions and getting good answers to help our projects move forward. Thanks one and all.

I just ordered the big one for '67 Satellite. Didn't know such a neat thing existed. Thanks @dspur :drinks:

Looked at my diagram and concur with the consensus here. the one with tracer goes to variable speed wiper (at least on my super bee/coronet rt diagram). The trcer wire shows to be only on the dash side, not the engine side (E to E)Likely the same for the charger...
