I put a 1970 18 spline in my 66 Charger (23). As above, except I needed the 1970 bell housing. Can't tell you exactly why, but remember my starter did not reach. The seller was peeved, demanding my '66 bell housing in exchange. Shifter fit with no issues.
Had one of these pertronix in an old Triumph. Now I have one in an early Rover V8. Everything is under the stock cap, never a hiccup
PerTronix 1361A Ignitor Points Eliminator Kit, 1960-72 Mopar 6 Cyl.
I see Envirobase says their black is a "blue/black", so there is some blue in the formula
Oh yeah, I paint watercolors and get good results using complimentary colors, but only in very small amounts. Like you say, they turn colors to mud quickly. When I find a label with percentages, I'm...
Quart of yellow and 1/2 pints of the other colors. Probably a splash of blue and a little red.
PPG made it and won't tell me anything.

Yes, I guessing 90 some percent yellow, then so much white, but they sometimes throw in little bits of other colors too. As I was writing, the painter on GYC just said there are 8 different blues in B5.
What do people think of them? Just picked up two items from a Hi_Bid auction sale. I got lucky, I won both with my Max Bid, and that makes me wonder. With online auctions, we don't see the people we are bidding against, even if it's the auctioneer who gets to see our Max Bids. I've gone to...
Saw a car with this over the tractor enamel (same enamel as the paint store). The guy didn't like the finish of paint alone so he color sanded it and sprayed this. The depth and shine were stunning.
What he said. If it's factory any paint seller can make it. It's been a while since I had rattle cans made. The least I could get was two cans as that was the smallest they could mix and still get the correct color. It was $20 for two cans of enamel.
Here is tractor paint.
The Satellite 383 was owned by a counter guy at the local NAPA. The machine shop next door was also owned by the same local racer and many thought it was the best in town. So it may have been gone through by them. I bought it wrecked down one side and rolled on the other. He lived on Nemo...
It's the original was a 383 standard cam in a Charger... maybe. Nothing special, a plain Jane with no options except 4 speed and power windows.
After I drove it to the dealership, never passing 1,000 rpm while smoking and knocking real bad high and low, they "rebuilt" it for me. I say...
So a proper restoration would have the mit treatment on a C2. Since it was done on the line, I assume NOS parts would not have paint.
I think some manufacturers used a zinc like finish. My Charger didn't see much winter driving so the pipes are pretty bright.
I've seen only two cars that had painted exhaust, Mopar HP being one, but I never paid much attention to car pipes. Most cars I owned were well used. Do Mopar manifolds with nice paint sell for a premium?
