That's what I understand. I still would check with Peter Bergman at Bergman Auto Craft. He is a member here and sales the Borgeson boxes and kits.

I could be mistaken, but I don't think Bergman modifies the pump. When he sent a replacement for mine, it was shipped straight from the supplier and didn't go through him.

The issue with the Borgeson I keep hearing is the noise coming from the box or pump. A lot of guys say they continue to have this issue.

seems like even those with high mileage are not that concerned about fluid type. I thought the Borgeson with its higher pressures could not work well with certain types of fluid?
