I could be mistaken, but I don't think Bergman modifies the pump. When he sent a replacement for mine, it was shipped straight from the supplier and didn't go through him.

...has failed and that internal clearances in this remanufactured pump can contribute to this. I've ran this pump for 7000 miles and with the Borgeson box maybe it couldn't handle it for long.

Does the Borgeson box have greater travel than the factory box? Could there be some other steering component that limits travel, which I forgot to reinstall?
Zero issues my Borgeson box prob around 3k miles since installed. I do have a power steering cooler added, never felt the fluid get remotely hot. Also running junk yard power steering pump. 67 Belvedere
